Alternative Work Schedule. Upon mutual agreement between the unit member and the unit member’s supervisor and/or manager, and with the approval of the college President, a unit member may be placed on an alternative work schedule. An alternative work schedule is defined as a 4/10, 9/80 or 36/4 work schedule. The alternate work schedule may be modified or eliminated by the unit member’s supervisor and/or manager with twenty (20) day prior notice.
