Common use of Alterations; Fixtures and Signs Clause in Contracts

Alterations; Fixtures and Signs. County may (i) make any lawful and proper minor alterations to the Premises and (ii) attach fixtures and signs (“County Fixtures”) in or upon the Premises. Any County Fixtures will remain the property of County and may be removed from the Premises by County at any time during the Term. County is responsible for the cost of all alterations and County Fixtures. All alterations and County Fixtures are subject to Lessor’s approval and must comply with existing code requirements.
