Allowed Time. Bargaining unit members may request time off with pay for the purpose of attending Civil Service or Industrial Accident Board hearings or State Retirement Board physical examinations. Requests under this article shall be accompanied by a written notice from the agency involved. Approval under this article shall be granted by the supervisor subject to the needs of the department.
