Allowances and Conditions Award 1989. (a) Where payment in lieu of accrued or pro rata annual leave is made on the death, dismissal, resignation or retirement of an employee, a loading calculated in accordance with the terms of this clause is to be paid. Provided that no loading shall be payable in respect of pro rata annual leave paid on resignation or where an employee is dismissed for misconduct.
