Allowance for Past Experience. a) Teachers shall be given credit for past experience at the increment rate for each year of teaching experience as recognized by the Department of Education for grant purposes as at the beginning of the school year and in addition recognition at the rate of one increment for each full year of teaching experience acquired on Letter of Authority to a maximum of two years until Class maximum is reached.
