Allocation Costs. Subject to the availability of the Allocation Amount, the State hereby grants to the County funding not to exceed the amount stated on page one (1) of this Agreement in consideration of and on condition that the sum be expended in carrying out the purpose as set forth in the Work Plan and under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
