Keys Keys with tags attached indicating number and/or description of door or room each key is intended to fit attached to each key shall be delivered to the Owner. Contractor shall prepare and furnish with the keys an itemized key schedule in quintuplicate listing the door or room number and/or description, serial number of key, and number of keys being delivered for each door or lock.
Access to Books and Records Mercy Corps, its donors (including, if applicable, USAID, and the Comptroller General of the United States) and any of their respective representatives will have access to any books, documents, papers and records of Contractor that are directly pertinent to this Agreement for the purpose of making audits, examinations, excerpts and transcriptions for a period of seven years following the completion of the final TO issued by Mercy Corps under this MSA.
LOCKS AND KEYS The RESIDENT MAY NOT install additional locking devices or other security devices in the PREMISES without the written consent from the MANAGEMENT. If approved, the RESIDENT will supply the MANAGEMENT office with duplicate keys. The RESIDENT shall not alter or modify in any way any locks provided by the MANAGEMENT. The RESIDENT shall be responsible to restore the PREMISES to the exact condition as it was prior to the installation of locks or other security devices and all damages to the PREMISES shall be paid to the MANAGEMENT by the RESIDENT. Upon termination of this LEASE, RESIDENT shall surrender to the MANAGEMENT all keys issued to the PREMISES or be liable for costs incurred to replace the locks and keys.
Access to Personnel Records (a) Upon receiving the permission of the Chief Constable or designate, an employee may review the contents of his or her personnel file provided that such review is in the presence of a person authorized for such a purpose by the Chief Constable.
Access to Public Records The Department may unilaterally cancel this Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing public access to all documents, papers, letters or other material made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract, unless the records are exempt from section 24(a) of Article I of the State Constitution and section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes.
COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.
Files All documents, communications, and records dealing with the processing of a grievance shall be filed separately from the personnel files of the participants.
Information and Records (a) Lessee shall promptly furnish to Lessor all such information as Lessor may from time to time reasonably request regarding the Aircraft or any part thereof, its use, registration, location and condition. In addition, Lessee shall, on each Maintenance Payments Date and the Termination Date, furnish to Lessor a monthly maintenance status report substantially in the form of Schedule 5.
Information Handling Implement new/improved system; update incoming publications; circulate publications; identify information source(s) inside and outside the organisation. Grade 5 - Communication: Obtain data from external sources; produce reports; identify need for documents and/or research. Grade 5 - Enterprise: Assist with the development of options for future strategies; assist with planning to match future requirements with resource allocation.
Company Records Records of the Company or its Subsidiaries regarding your period of service, termination of service and the reason(s) therefor, and other matters shall be conclusive for all purposes hereunder, unless determined by the Company to be incorrect.
