Common use of AIRCRAFT AND CREW Clause in Contracts

AIRCRAFT AND CREW. Carrier shall provide the Aircraft for Customer’s use, properly equipped, manned and fuelled. The crew, who shall be Carrier’s employees, servants or agents, shall, except as otherwise provided herein , fly the Aircraft on the Flight Scheduled during the period specified in paragraph 2 of this Agreement and any additional flights as contemplated in §10 hereof (the “Flight Schedule”). Carrier’s employees, servants or agents shall follow Xxxxxxx’s instructions only.
