Air or Water Pollution Requirements. Unless specifically exempted under federal law, any federally funded Legal Entity Contract and/or any subcontract in excess of $100,000 must comply with the following provisions:

Any federally funded agreement and/or subcontract in excess of $100,000 must comply with the following provisions unless said agreement is exempt under 40 CFR 15.5. County agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, or requirements issued under the Clean Air Act (42 USC 7401 et seq.), as amended, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 USC 1251 et seq.), as amended.
