ENERGY CONSERVATION REQUIREMENTS. The Contractor agrees to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
ENERGY CONSERVATION REQUIREMENTS. This provision applies to all Agreements. The Contractor agrees to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 6201 et seq. The following provision (13) applies to Agreements exceeding $10,000.
