Aid Training. 36.02 The Employer will encourage employees to take first-aid courses and for this purpose will assume the cost of first-aid training. Employees selected by the Employer for first-aid training shall be granted time off without loss of pay. 36.03 With respect to conditions in the workplace, the Employer agrees to furnish to the union any requested health and safety information in its possession. 36.04 In the event of an employee sustaining injuries at work and becoming physically handicapped as a result thereof, every effort shall be made by the Employer to give the injured employee such suitable employment as is available.
