Common use of Agreement Not to Hire Clause in Contracts

Agreement Not to Hire. For a period of 12 consecutive months after the Separation Date, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, hire, engage, or solicit any person who is an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates, or who was an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates at any time during the 180-day period immediately preceding the Separation Date, in any manner or capacity, including without limitation as a proprietor, principal, agent, partner, officer, director, stockholder, employee, member of any association, consultant, or otherwise.

For a period of 12 twenty-four (24) consecutive months after beginning on the Separation Date, Executive will shall not, directly or indirectly, hire, engage, engage or solicit any person who is then an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates, or who was an employee of the Company or any as of its Affiliates at any time during the 180-day period immediately preceding the Separation Date, in any manner or capacity, including without limitation as a proprietor, principal, agent, partner, officer, director, stockholder, employee, member of any association, consultant, consultant or otherwise.

For a period of 12 twelve (12) consecutive months after the Separation Date, Executive will not, directly or indirectly, hire, engage, engage or solicit any person who is an employee of the Company or any of its AffiliatesCompany, or who was an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates at any time during the 180-day 365‑day period immediately preceding the Separation Date, in any manner or capacity, including including, without limitation limitation, as a proprietor, principal, agent, partner, officer, director, stockholder, employee, member of any association, consultant, or otherwise, or otherwise encourage, induce or attempt to induce such person to discontinue his or her relationship with the Company.
