Inventories of Food and Supplies. Before the commencement of this contract, the existing food and operational supplies shall be delivered and charged to the FSMC for the performance of this contract. The value of existing food and supplies shall be deducted from the first FSMC invoice to the LEA. The cost of food and operational supplies ordered by FSMC on behalf of the LEA in performance of this contract shall be paid for by the FSMC. The inventory of food and operational supplies shall remain the FSMC’s property.

Inventories of Food and Supplies. The shall purchase and hold in its own name an inventory of food, beverages and supplies necessary for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Inventories of Food and Supplies. The SFA and FSMC shall conduct a joint inventory of existing food and operational supplies at both the beginning and the end of this Agreement. If the ending inventory is less than the value of the beginning inventory the FSMC will credit the SFA for the difference. The cost of food and operational supplies ordered by FSMC on behalf of the SFA in performance of this agreement shall be paid for by the FSMC and the FSMC shall then be reimbursed for those costs incurred. The inventory of food and operational supplies shall remain the SFA’s property.
