Common use of Agreement Confidential Clause in Contracts

Agreement Confidential. Employee will keep the fact and terms of this Agreement completely confidential and will not disclose the existence of this Agreement or its terms, except as required by law or court order. Employee may, however, disclose the existence and terms of this Agreement with Employee’s attorney, accountant, financial advisors, and spouse or domestic partner. Any such third persons informed of the terms of this Agreement will in turn be advised by Employee of this confidentiality provision and requested to maintain it.

Agreement Confidential. This Agreement is confidential information owned by Employer. Employee will keep the fact and terms of this Agreement completely confidential and will agrees that she shall not disclose the existence of this Agreement or its terms, except as required by law or court order. Employee may, however, disclose the existence and terms of this Agreement with Employee’s attorney, accountant, financial advisors, and spouse or domestic partner. Any such third persons informed of the terms of this Agreement will in turn be advised except to the extent required by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee may disclose the terms of this confidentiality provision and requested Agreement to maintain ither spouse, attorney, and/or tax advisor. If Employee discloses the terms of this Agreement to her spouse, attorney, and/or tax advisor, she will advise such person that, as a condition of such disclosure, she must not disclose the terms of this Agreement except to the extent required by law.
