Agreement; Amendment If either party hereto requests to amend this agreement, it shall notify the other party in writing, and the other party shall respond within one week. All amendments of this agreement must be made in writing by both parties, and such amendments shall be deemed as inseverable parts of this agreement.
Complete Agreement; Amendment This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements in regard thereto. Payment Agreement The agreement between you and Barracudas begins at the point where a payment is made, whether in part or full, and is when these booking conditions apply from. Entire Agreement; Amendment and Waiver This Agreement constitutes the full and entire understanding and agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof. Any term of this Agreement may be amended and the observance of any term hereof may be waived (either prospectively or retroactively and either generally or in a particular instance) only with the written consent of the parties to this Agreement.
Assignment Amendments Waiver and Contract Complete 8.1 The Contractor may neither assign nor transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior consent of the Authority and a fully executed Assignment Agreement, executed and approved by the same parties who executed and approved this Agreement, or their successors in office. Any attempted assignment without said consent shall be void and of no effect. The Authority may assign or otherwise transfer or dispose of all or a portion of this Agreement in its sole discretion and without the consent of the Contractor. The Contractor shall execute all consents reasonably required to facilitate such assignment or other transfer.
