AGGREGATOR’S OBLIGATIONS Clause Samples

The "Aggregator’s Obligations" clause defines the specific duties and responsibilities that the aggregator must fulfill under the agreement. This typically includes requirements such as collecting, processing, and transmitting data or payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards. For example, the aggregator may be required to provide regular reports to the other party or to implement security measures to protect sensitive information. The core function of this clause is to clearly outline what is expected of the aggregator, thereby ensuring accountability and minimizing misunderstandings between the parties.
