After School Start Up. 16.04.01 If an employee’s position is eliminated or reduced in F.T.E. after the start of the school year, the employee will be placed in accordance with Article 15. In circumstances where an incumbent wishes to stay in the position and accept a decrease in F.T.E., they must apply for a Leave of Absence from the reduced portion of their F.T.E. for the balance of the school year or until the position is increased, whichever comes first.
