Supplier’s Staff Sample Clauses
The 'Supplier’s Staff' clause defines the obligations and requirements related to the personnel that the supplier assigns to perform the contracted services. Typically, this clause outlines the qualifications, conduct, and management of the supplier’s employees, and may require the supplier to ensure that staff are properly trained, vetted, and supervised. For example, it might specify that only staff with certain certifications can work on the project, or that the supplier must promptly replace any staff member deemed unsuitable by the client. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the supplier provides competent and appropriate personnel, thereby maintaining service quality and minimizing risks associated with inadequate staffing.
