Common use of After-Hours Use Clause in Contracts

After-Hours Use. If Tenant requires heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning during times other than the times provided in Section 11(a) above, Tenant shall give Landlord such advance notice as Landlord shall reasonably require and shall pay Landlord’s standard charge for such after-hours use, which rate is currently $100.00 per hour for air conditioning and $80.00 per hour for heating.

After-Hours Use. If Tenant requires heating, ventilation and/or ---------------- air conditioning during times other than the times provided in Section Article 11(a) above, Tenant shall give Landlord such advance notice as Landlord shall reasonably require and shall pay Landlord’s 's standard charge for such after-hours use, which rate change is currently Thirty-Five and NO/100 ($100.00 35.00) per hour for air conditioning and $80.00 per hour for heatinghour.

After-Hours Use. If Tenant requires heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning during times other than the times provided in Section Article 11(a) above, Tenant shall give Landlord such at least 24 hours advance notice as Landlord shall reasonably require and shall pay Landlord’s standard charge for such after-hours use, use (which rate after-hours charge is currently $100.00 35.00 per hour for air conditioning and $80.00 per hour for heatinghour).

After-Hours Use. If Tenant requires heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning during times other than the times provided in Section 11(a) above, Tenant shall give Landlord such advance notice as Landlord shall reasonably require and shall pay Landlord’s 's reasonable standard charge for such after-hours use, which rate with a one (1) hour minimum. Landlord's current after-hours charge is currently $100.00 per hour for air conditioning and $80.00 per hour for heating.45.00/hour. (g)

After-Hours Use. If Tenant requires heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning during times other than the times provided in Section 11(a) above, Tenant shall give Landlord such advance notice as Landlord shall reasonably require and shall pay Landlord’s standard an hourly charge equal to Forty Dollars ($40.00) per hour per floor for such after-hours use, which rate is currently $100.00 per hour for air conditioning and $80.00 per hour for heating. Such hourly charge shall be subject to increases only to extent Landlord reasonably determines that its actual cost of providing such service increases.
