Common use of After-Hours Use Clause in Contracts

After-Hours Use. If Tenant requires heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning during times other than the times provided in Section 11(a) above, Tenant shall give Landlord such advance notice as Landlord shall reasonably require and shall pay Landlord’s standard charge for such after-hours use, which rate is currently $100.00 per hour for air conditioning and $80.00 per hour for heating.
