After completion of Phase II Clinical Trial. Following completion of the first Phase II Clinical Trial carried out by Unity, its Affiliates and Sublicensees with respect to the Licensed Product, Ascentage shall supply to Unity the quantities of (i) Clinical Materials and/or (ii) Licensed Compound, that Unity may order from time-to-time order from Ascentage in accordance with this Section 1.2, in each case for use by Unity, its Affiliates and Sublicensees in carrying out additional clinical studies of the Licensed Product.
