Common use of After Care Clause in Contracts

After Care. 15.1 The services we provide to you are on a fee for service basis and while we care about you and your individual wellness journey, you acknowledge and agree that no after care follow up contact will be made by us, unless we have specifically agreed in writing for the continued provision of services or after care. 15.2 You agree that all support, including follow up contact, ends at the conclusion of your last session with us. You further agree that the absence of aftercare follow up contact is no reflection on the quality or level of care provided by our service.
