After Care. The school offers an After Care Program for students enrolled in St. Xxxxxx School on their attendance days. This program offers a safe, structured program for our students after school from 3:00– 6:00 p.m. Student behavior expectations in the After Care Program are the same as for the regular school program. Safety for all is of prime importance. Any student not picked up by 3:10 p.m. will be sent to After Care and billed accordingly. Electronics are not allowed in After Care unless being used for educational purposes, which must be approved by a staff member. Students must be signed out by parent or guardian and will be dismissed at door number #14. Parents may park on angled spots (after 3:15pm) on Stone Avenue or school parking lot. After Care. Program operates from 2:29 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. each school day. A late pick up fee of $1.00 per minute after 6:00 p.m. will be charged. A child may be terminated from the Program if they are picked up after 6:15 p.m. more than three times a year. On Tuesdays, due to banked time days, the program operates from 1:29 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
After Care. The School provides written recommendations for follow-up services in the form of a discharge summary and is available for consultation and to assist with after-care services.
After Care. Provide individualized discharge planning to include the following 22 after care services:
After Care. Do not fertilize at planting time. Water regularly throughout the first growing season (about once a week unless significant rainfall is received), but do not overwater. Keep lawn mowers and string trimmers away from tree to avoid wounding bark. Only prune dead or injured branches at time of planting. Do not plant flowers or cultivate soil directly under tree.
After Care. After care instructions must be followed explicitly, whether given in writing or orally. Failure to follow after care instructions may compromise the final results of the treatment.

After Care. 7 9.28.1 After-care support services shall be offered to the Youth for a minimum of 8 one (1) year after exiting the program. At minimum, after-care support services will include 9 monthly support groups and service referrals, as needed, to address the Youth’s needs.
After Care. 8.8.1 After-Care support services shall be offered to the Program Participant for a minimum of six (6) months after exiting the program to support transitioning to and maintaining another approved placement or stable housing setting. After Care. Guarantee All sod shall be guaranteed for one (1) month from completion of planting. i.e. sod rooted and growing vigorously. During the guarantee period, any sod that is not in satisfactory condition as determined by the County’s representative shall be replaced by the Contractor at the Contractors expense within one week upon written notification by the County. All replacements shall be sod of the same kind and type as originally provided, and shall be furnished and planted as specified. All replacement sod shall be guaranteed for an additional one (1) month period from the date of planting. Note: The County will be responsible for maintaining proper moisture levels on newly installed sod to aid proper grow-in.
