Advertising Materials; Filed Documents. (a) Advertising and sales literature with respect to the Fund prepared by ING Life or its agents for use in marketing its Contracts (except any material that simply lists the Funds' names) will be submitted to the Fund or its designee for review before such material is used with any Contract owner or participant. The Fund or its designee shall advise the submitting party in writing within three (3) Business Days of receipt of such materials of its approval or disapproval of such materials.
