Adoption Services. The Adoptive Parent(s) wish to obtain from Bright Futures, and Bright Futures shall provide, the adoption services specified below and described in more detail on the Schedule of Fees and Services attached to this Agreement and included as a part of this Agreement (all services checked will be referred to collectively as the “Services”): Full Agency Services, including Networking, Counseling and Support, Newsletter, Escrow Account Management, and, if applicable, Xxxxxx Care Services Identified Adoption Services, including Adoptive Parent and Expectant/Birth Parent Counseling and Support, Newsletter, Escrow Account Management, and, if applicable, Xxxxxx Care Home Study Home Study Update Post-Placement Supervision Legal Finalization Post Placement Parenting Group Facilitation of Post Placement Contact with Birth Family In exchange for the Services, the Adoptive Parent(s) agree to pay to Bright Futures the amount for the Services indicated in the Schedule of Fees and Services. Payment for all Services shall be made by the Adoptive Parent(s) as indicated in the Schedule of Fees and Services. The Adoptive Parent(s) agree to pay for all other expenses relating to the adoption, including birth parent expenses as described on the Schedule of Fees and Services. The Adoptive Parent(s) understand and agree that fees paid to Bright Futures are NONREFUNDABLE except as set forth in the Schedule of Fees and Services. The Adoptive Parent(s) understand that the Agency Fee (whether full service or an identified adoption) is payment for the agency services described in the Schedule of Fees and Services and that the Agency Fee is not refundable even if an adoption is disrupted, the birth parent(s) choose not to carry out the adoption plan made for their child, the Adoptive Parent(s) decide to accept a placement from another agency, or the Adoptive Parents decide not to pursue adoption for any reason, including pregnancy. Periodically, Bright Futures modifies its Schedule of Fees and Services. Fees due in accordance with this Agreement shall be those indicated on the Schedule of Fees and Services in effect at the time of payment for the Services. Adoptive Parent Responsibilities The Adoptive Parent(s) will deliver to Bright Futures all documentation and information requested by Bright Futures and will cooperate with Bright Futures to make the provision of Services as expeditious as possible. Related to Adoption Services

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. For a list of medical prescription drugs that are subject to this Site of Care Program, visit our website. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. See Appeals in Section 5 for information on how to file a medical appeal.

  • Distribution Services The Distributor shall sell and repurchase Shares as set forth below, subject to the registration requirements of the 1933 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, and the laws governing the sale of securities in the various states ("Blue Sky Laws"):

  • Preconstruction Services At the Owner’s sole discretion and upon the Owner’s written direction, pursuant to a duly issued Work Order, the Construction Manager shall perform the Preconstruction Services. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the preparation of the Contract Documents by consulting with the Owner and the Architect regarding Drawings and Specifications as they are being prepared, and recommend alternate solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility, cost or schedules, including without limitation, providing value engineering options. The Construction Manager shall promptly notify the Owner and Architect in writing of any apparent defects in the Contract Documents for any Project when it is discovered, as well as any apparent defects in the design documents for any Project, including without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications set forth in any Work Order affecting such Project.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.
