Adoption Services. A Guardian Angel Adoptions, LLC will provide or make available to adoptive family the following adoption services:
Adoption Services. The Lead Agency shall deliver Adoption Services, including, but not limited to: 1.7.1.1. Services designed to prepare children for adoption placement. 1.7.1.2. Recruitment and retention of adoptive families for children with special needs, and families that reflect the racial and ethnic diversity of children waiting for adoptive homes. 1.7.1.3. Registration and maintenance of information on the Adoption Information section of FSFN to include children waiting for adoption and approved adoptive families. In addition, the Lead Agency shall maintain Adoption Exchange website information on a continual basis.
Adoption Services. The Adoptive Parent(s) wish to obtain from Bright Futures, and Bright Futures shall provide, the adoption services specified below and described in more detail on the Schedule of Fees and Services attached to this Agreement and included as a part of this Agreement (all services checked will be referred to collectively as the “Services”): In exchange for the Services, the Adoptive Parent(s) agree to pay to Bright Futures the amount for the Services indicated in the Schedule of Fees and Services. Payment for all Services shall be made by the Adoptive Parent(s) as indicated in the Schedule of Fees and Services. The Adoptive Parent(s) agree to pay for all other expenses relating to the adoption, including birth parent expenses as described on the Schedule of Fees and Services. The Adoptive Parent(s) understand and agree that fees paid to Bright Futures are NONREFUNDABLE except as set forth in the Schedule of Fees and Services. The Adoptive Parent(s) understand that the Agency Fee (whether full service or an identified adoption) is payment for the agency services described in the Schedule of Fees and Services and that the Agency Fee is not refundable even if an adoption is disrupted, the birth parent(s) choose not to carry out the adoption plan made for their child, the Adoptive Parent(s) decide to accept a placement from another agency, or the Adoptive Parents decide not to pursue adoption for any reason, including pregnancy. Periodically, Bright Futures modifies its Schedule of Fees and Services. Fees due in accordance with this Agreement shall be those indicated on the Schedule of Fees and Services in effect at the time of payment for the Services. The Adoptive Parent(s) will deliver to Bright Futures all documentation and information requested by Bright Futures and will cooperate with Bright Futures to make the provision of Services as expeditious as possible. The Adoptive Parent(s) acknowledge that prior to approval of their home study, they must participate in the then-current adoption education program for pre-adoptive parents offered by Bright Futures or an equivalent adoption education program approved by Bright Futures. All couples will be asked to participate in at least 2 two-hour trainings in addition to the home study visits. If the Adoptive Parent(s) are considering a transracial placement, additional training will be required. The Adoptive Parent(s) will not pay money directly to any birth parent either during or after pregnancy for any reason. ...

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Education services 1.1 Catholic education is intrinsic to the mission of the Church. It is one means by which the Church fulfils its role in assisting people to discover and embrace the fullness of life in ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Catholic schools offer a broad, comprehensive curriculum imbued with an authentic Catholic understanding of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and his teaching, as well as a lived appreciation of membership of the Catholic Church. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School. 1.2 Parents and guardians, as the first educators of their children, enter into a partnership with the Catholic school to promote and support their child’s education. Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.
