Common use of Administrator’s Report Clause in Contracts

Administrator’s Report. In the event that an administrator determines on the basis of the evaluation criteria that the performance of an employee under his/her supervision is unsatisfactory, the administrator shall report the same in writing to the Superintendent, with a copy to the affected employee and the Association President. The report shall include the following: a. The evaluation report required under paragraph B 3. (d) above. b. An improvement plan, that is specific and reasonable, designed to assist the employee in the remediation of performance deficiencies.
