Administrator Training. Configuration and Testing activities are conducted in a hands-on manner with core project team members who will serve as TracDat administrators. The Nuventive consultant focuses not only on properly configuring the system, but also on ensuring that customer personnel learn how to configure the system and enter plans themselves. By the end of administrator training, TracDat administrators will know how to perform all tasks needed to continue system deployment and migration of existing plans into TracDat. Deliverables: Implementation activity will generate the following deliverables: Pre-Configured System: Prior to beginning meetings with the customer’s team, TracDat will be pre-configured and installed based on Nuventive’s understanding of the customer’s needs, providing a starting point for in-depth configuration activities.
