Common use of ADMINISTRATIVELY REQUESTED Clause in Contracts

ADMINISTRATIVELY REQUESTED. When an employee is sent by the administration to job- related training programs or courses, the costs of tuition, books, and supplies related to such training will be paid by the district. Employees will receive regular hourly pay if such attendance is during the employee's regular working hours. Employees shall be compensated at the employee’s regular wage for any hours in attendance that is in excess of the normal work schedule. For out-of-town conferences, courses or workshops which the employee must attend at the direction of the administration, the district will pay all the employees' expenses, including regular hourly pay, pursuant to attendance.
