Common use of Administrative Services Clause in Contracts

Administrative Services. The Trust has engaged the services of an administrator. The Adviser shall provide such additional administrative services as reasonably requested by the Board of Trustees or officers of the Trust; provided, that the Adviser shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to Trust shareholders, any services related to the distribution of Trust shares, or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Trust and the Adviser. Subject to the foregoing, in providing administrative services hereunder, the Adviser shall:

Administrative Services. The Trust has engaged the services of an administrator. The Adviser shall provide such additional administrative services related to its advisory functions or the functions listed below, as reasonably requested by the Board of Trustees or officers of the Trust; provided, that the Adviser shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to Trust shareholders, any services related to the distribution of Trust shares, or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Trust and the Adviser. Subject to the foregoing, in providing administrative services hereunder, the Adviser shall:

The Adviser shall manage the Trust's business and affairs and shall provide such additional administrative services required for effective administration of the Trust as reasonably requested are not provided by the Board of Trustees employees or officers of other agents engaged by the Trust; provided, that the Adviser shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to Trust shareholders, any services related to the distribution of Trust shares, or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Trust and the Adviser. Subject to the foregoing, in providing administrative services hereunder, the Adviser shall:

The Adviser Trust's business and affairs and shall provide such additional administrative services required for effective administration of the Trust as reasonably requested are not provided by the Board of Trustees employees or officers of other agents engaged by the Trust; provided, that the Adviser Advisor shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to Trust shareholders, any services related to the distribution of Trust shares, or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Trust and the AdviserAdvisor. Subject to the foregoing, in providing administrative services hereunder, the Adviser Advisor shall:

The Adviser shall provide such additional administrative assistance and other services related to its investment advisory functions, as reasonably requested by the Board of Trustees or officers of the Trust; provided, that the Adviser shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to Trust shareholders, any services related to the distribution of Trust shares, or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Trust and the Adviser. Subject to the foregoing, in providing administrative investment advisory services hereunder, the Adviser shall:

The Adviser shall provide such additional administrative services for each Fund as reasonably requested by the Board of Trustees of the Trust (the “Board”) or officers of the Trust; provided, that the Adviser shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to Trust shareholders, any services related to the distribution of Trust shares, or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Trust and the Adviser. Subject to the foregoing, in providing administrative services hereunder, the Adviser shall:

The Adviser shall provide such additional administrative services to the Funds as reasonably requested by the Board of Trustees or officers of the Trust; provided, that the Adviser shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to Trust Fund shareholders, any services related to the distribution of Trust Fund shares, or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Trust and the Adviser. Subject to the foregoing, in providing administrative services hereunder, the Adviser shall:

Administrative Services. The Trust has engaged the services of an administrator. The Adviser shall provide such additional will, subject to the supervision of the Board of Trustees, perform various administrative services as reasonably for the Trust (other than such services, if any, provided by the Trust’s custodian, transfer agent, administrator, fund accounting agent, and dividend disbursing agent and other service providers). To the extent requested by the Board of Trustees or officers of the Trust; provided, that the Adviser shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to Trust shareholders, any services related to the distribution of Trust shares, or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Trust and the Adviser. Subject to the foregoing, in providing administrative services hereunder, the Adviser shallagrees to provide or cause others to provide the following administrative services at the Trust’s expense:

Administrative Services. The Trust has engaged the services of an administratoradministrator unaffiliated with the Adviser (the “Administrator”). The Adviser shall provide such additional administrative services as reasonably requested in writing by the board of trustees of the Trust (the “Board of Trustees Trustees” and each member thereof a “Trustee”) or officers of the Trust; provided, that the Adviser shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any direct or indirect services to Trust shareholders, any services related to the distribution of Trust shares, or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Trust and the AdviserAdviser or between the Trust and its Administrator. Subject to the foregoing, in providing administrative services hereunder, the Adviser shall:
