Common use of Administrative Overhead and General Expenses Clause in Contracts

Administrative Overhead and General Expenses. (1) While CONTRACTOR is conducting Exploration operations, the cost of staffing and maintaining CONTRACTOR's head office in the A.R.E. and/or other offices established in the A.R.E. as appropriate other than field offices which shall be charged as provided for in Article II (i) of this Annex, and excepting salaries of employees of CONTRACTOR who are temporarily assigned to and directly serving on the Area, which shall be charged as provided for in Article II (b) of this Annex.
