Common use of Administrative Committee Clause in Contracts

Administrative Committee. AEP and Customer shall each appoint a member and at least one alternate to an Administrative Committee, and so notify the other Party of such appointment(s) in writing. Such appointment(s) may be changed at any time by similar notice. Each member and alternate shall be a responsible person familiar with the day-to-day operations of their respective system. Generally, this would mean that the Administrative Committee representative(s) will be employees of AEP and the Customer, or entities represented by the Customer; however, the representative(s) may be accompanied by other experts, appropriate to the matters to be considered.
