You will receive written notification of our determination within: • fifteen (15) calendar days, from the receipt of your request for reconsideration of a prospective or concurrent review; and • fifteen (15) calendar days, from the receipt of your request for reconsideration of a retrospective review. See Section 9 for Reconsideration section abovecontact information. You will be notified of our decision no later than seventy-two (72) hours after our receipt of the request. You may not request an expedited review of covered dental services already received.
