ADMINISTRATION SECTION 1: RECOGNITION‌. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining representative for all certificated members employed by the Board under Contract or on leave excluding: the Chief Administrative Officers of the Board such as the Superintendent of the District, Deputy Superintendent, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Business Manager, Personnel Officer, Principal, Vice-Principal, Assistant Principals, Special Programs Director, and classified employees.
