Administration and Operation. 5.01 ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION Provider shall, in consultation with, for, and on behalf of the Board, at Provider’s expense, and subject to the provisions of this Contract, manage and supervise all areas of daily operations of the Veterans Cemetery in accordance with the Board’s Operating Manual.
Administration and Operation. Administration includes persons who use operating and computing means and regularly perform the own administrative functions at the company. This operation includes people in charge of completing Contact Center operating tasks, taking or managing calls and/or administrative, commercial, public relations, organisational, quality control tasks, etc., either individually or coordinating or forming a group dealing with such tasks. This group includes heads of administration, technical administrative staff, journeymen, auxiliary technical administrative staff, supervision, coordination and management staff, quality agents, managers, and teleoperator/operator staff of any level.

The operation group includes those persons that carry out telemarketing operation tasks, tending to or managing calls, and/or carrying out administrative, commercial, public relations, organizational etc activities, either individually or by coordinating a group of persons. This group includes administrative managers, administrative technicians, skilled workers, administrative assistants, service managers, supervisors, coordinators, managers and call centre operators/operators at any level.

The service includes change requests such as add/change/removal of accounts and permissions on various systems, and routine operation health checks such as security patch distribution and backup status checks.
