Adjustments to Total Feels Paid. The total fees paid pursuant to this Contract will be reduced for overpayments, fines, penalties, attorney’s fees, interest, and other costs incurred by City due to Contractor’s or Subcontractor(s) acts, errors, and/or omissions which violate existing law, administrative procedure, or which fail to comply with industry generally accepted standard practices or failure to comply with any term or condition of this Contract. Any adjustments and/or payments will be made within a reasonable amount of time (not to exceed 60 days) from notice of findings by Contractor or City. No reimbursement by Contractor is required under this Section if Contractor’s or Subcontractor(s) act(s) and/or omission(s) were expressly approved or directed by an authorized City representative.
