ADJUSTMENT OF THE FRAMEWORK PRICES. The Framework Prices shall only be varied: due to a Specific Change in Law in relation to which the Parties agree that a change is required to all or part of the Framework Prices in accordance with Clause 19.2 of this Framework Agreement (Legislative Change); where all or part of the Framework Prices are reviewed and reduced in accordance with Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking); where all or part of the Framework Prices are reviewed and reduced in accordance with paragraph 55 of this Framework Schedule 3 (Supplier Periodic Assessment of Framework Prices); or where a review and increase of Framework Prices is requested by the Supplier and Approved, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 56 of this Framework Schedule 3 (Supplier Request For Increase Of The Framework Prices).
