Address and Place of Business. The address for Debtor specified in the introductory paragraph of this Security Agreement is Debtor’s correct mailing address and the location of its chief executive office. All of Debtor’s records or copies thereof pertaining to the Collateral and the proceeds thereof are now maintained at its chief executive office. Except as specified on Exhibit 3.4, no Equipment or Inventory is kept, stored or maintained with a bailee, warehouseman or similar party.
