Additional Statements of Work. If Ambient desires to engage Cisco for additional services which are not included in the Statement of Work and which do not constitute merely a revision or modification of the Statement of Work, the parties shall in good faith negotiate additional Statements of Work, each of which upon signing shall be deemed a part of this Agreement. Additional Statements of Work shall be entered into by mutual agreement between Cisco and Ambient and shall be substantially in the form of the Statement of Work attached hereto. Each Statement of Work shall be signed by authorized representatives of the parties. This Agreement may cover more than one Statement of Work at any given time.
