Additional Statements of Work. If Customer desires to engage Atiba for additional services that are not included in the initial Statement of Work, the parties shall in good faith negotiate additional Statements of Work, subject to the availability of Atiba personnel and resources. Upon execution by both parties, each additional Statement of Work shall be deemed a part of the original Services Agreement. Atiba shall only be obligated to provide Services that are set forth in an executed Statement of Work. Accommodations may be made by Atiba to assist the Customer with certain projects or tasks, however these are only to be considered accommodations for convenience purposes and do not create an obligation to perform any such services unless the Services are set forth in an executed Statement of Work.
Additional Statements of Work. If Ambient desires to engage Cisco for additional services which are not included in the Statement of Work and which do not constitute merely a revision or modification of the Statement of Work, the parties shall in good faith negotiate additional Statements of Work, each of which upon signing shall be deemed a part of this Agreement. Additional Statements of Work shall be entered into by mutual agreement between Cisco and Ambient and shall be substantially in the form of the Statement of Work attached hereto. Each Statement of Work shall be signed by authorized representatives of the parties. This Agreement may cover more than one Statement of Work at any given time.
Additional Statements of Work. Promptly following receipt of the State’s request for additional Software development or other Services, Contractor shall provide the State with a proposal containing all information specified in Section 2.1. Upon the parties' agreement with respect to the terms of such proposal, all such terms shall be incorporated in a Statement of Work and each party shall cause the same to be signed by its Contract Administrator. Each fully executed Statement of Work shall be attached as a Schedule to, and by this reference incorporated in and made a part of, this Contract.
Additional Statements of Work. From time to time during the Term, either Party may propose an additional Statement of Work for an additional Grid Service System Project by delivery of a proposed Statement of Work to the other Party. The other Party shall accept or reject such proposed Statement of Work within [**] of receipt by signing and returning such Statement or Work or sending a written notice of rejection. Upon execution, each Statement of Work shall be incorporated into this Agreement and be deemed to be Exhibits hereto with respect to the relevant Project.
Additional Statements of Work. [Promptly/Within 3 days] following receipt of Customer’s request for [additional] Software development or other Services, Developer shall provide Customer with a proposal [[substantially] in the form of, and containing all information specified in, the attached Exhibit A]. Upon the parties’ agreement with respect to the terms of such proposal, all such terms shall be incorporated in a Statement of Work and each party shall cause the same to be signed by its duly authorized representative. Each fully executed Statement of Work shall be attached as an Exhibit to, and by this reference incorporated in and made a part of, this Agreement.
Additional Statements of Work. The Parties from time to time may elect to enter into additional statements of work for additional services to be rendered by Company. All additional statements of work must be executed by authorized representative of both Parties and must be substantially in the form of Exhibit A or such other format as the Parties may mutually agree. All such statements of work shall be governed by this Agreement.
Additional Statements of Work. From time to time during the Term (as defined in Section 13.1), ADVO and AE may mutually agree on the nature and scope of specific additional services to be rendered by AE to ADVO. The additional services, if any, to be so rendered by AE, and the compensation to be paid for such services, if any, by ADVO, shall be described in one or more additional statements of work in substantially the form attached hereto as Schedule 1.2 (each, an “Additional Statement of Work”). Each Additional Statement of Work shall be executed by an authorized representative of each party. Upon the joint execution of an [***] Information redacted pursuant to a confidential treatment request. An unredacted version has been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Additional Statement of Work, AE will be obligated to render the services described in such Additional Statement of Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and such Additional Statement of Work.

Upon execution by both parties, each additional Statement of Work shall be deemed a part of this Agreement. Guidewire shall only be obligated to provide Services that are set forth in an executed Statement of Work.
Additional Statements of Work. In addition to Schedules A-1 through A-6, other new Statements of Work may be entered into from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties thereto. Each such Statement of Work, as so mutually agreed, and each of Schedules A-1 through A-6, is hereby (a) incorporated by reference into this Agreement and made a part hereof as if fully set forth in this Agreement and (b) made binding on the parties thereto. Each Statement of Work shall be deemed to include the following provision, which provision shall prevail in the event of any conflict with another provision of the Statement of Work:
