Additional Sabbatical Leave Clause Samples
The Additional Sabbatical Leave clause grants employees the right to take an extended period of paid or unpaid leave from work beyond standard vacation or statutory leave entitlements. Additional Sabbatical Leave. Employees shall not normally be eligible to take another paid sabbatical until six (6) years of continuous employment are completed following the prior sabbatical.
