The 'ADDITIONAL HARDWARE' clause defines the terms under which extra hardware, beyond what is initially specified in the agreement, may be provided or required. As used herein, the term "Additional Hardware" shall mean the equipment and related Documentation, including any additional environment refresh hardware, peripheral hardware or any equipment, which Contractor may provide following Clinical Live as part of its Maintenance and Support obligations.
