ADDITIONAL HARDWARE. If Customer purchases additional hardware from Motorola that becomes part of the Communications System, the additional hardware may be added to this MSLMA and will be billed at the applicable rates after the warranty period for that additional equipment expires. Such hardware will be included in the definition of Equipment.
