Additional Capital Contributions and Admission of New Partners a) Subject to Section 15.1: The General Partner shall have the right to admit one or more additional Limited Partners to the Partnership or approve admission or substitution of a member in any limited liability company or limited partner in any other limited partnership in which the Partnership has an interest on terms and conditions as the General Partner deems to be in the best interests of the Partnership. It is contemplated that the Partnership may acquire additional outdoor advertising structures or entities that engage in outdoor advertising businesses through the exchange of limited partnership interests for such assets. In addition, the General Partner may admit one or more additional Limited Partners to the Partnership for cash or property contributions to the capital of the Partnership on such terms as the General Partner, in its discretion, determines. Upon the admission of a Limited Partner, the Partnership shall issue to the General Partner for no consideration a number of Units such that the quotient obtained by dividing the number of Units held by the General Partner by the aggregate number of Units held by all Partners, in each case immediately before such admission, equals the quotient obtained by dividing the number of Units held by the General Partner by the aggregate number of Units held by all Partners, in each case immediately after such admission.
