Common use of Additional ABM Devices Clause in Contracts

Additional ABM Devices. Any ABM Device added to the system and made subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement subsequent to the "Effective Date", shall remain on the system and subject to the aforesaid terms and conditions for the balance of the term of the Agreement during which the said ABM Device was added to the system, and for such successive terms as may be brought about by reason of any renewal of the Agreement as defined in Section 4A.
