Common use of ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED ON PREMISES Clause in Contracts

ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED ON PREMISES. Tenant shall not conduct, or permit any other person to conduct, any auction upon the Premises, manufacture or store goods, wares or merchandise upon the Premises without the prior written approval of Landlord, except the storage of usual supplies and inventory to be used by Tenant in the conduct of its business, make any unusual noises in the Building, permit to be played musical instrument on the Premises, permit any radio to be played, or television, recorded or wired music in such loud manner as to disturb or annoy other tenants, or permit any unusual odors to be produced on the Premises. No bicycles, vehicles or animals of any kind shall be brought into or kept in or about the Premises.
