Tenant Waiver. TENANT SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT TENANT HAS VOLUNTARILY, KNOWINGLY AND INTELLIGENTLY WAIVED CERTAIN DUE PROCESS RIGHTS TO A PREJUDGMENT HEARING BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS OF THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS REGARDING CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT. TENANT FURTHER SPECIFICALLY AGREES THAT IN THE EVENT OF DEFAULT, LANDLORD MAY PURSUE MULTIPLE REMEDIES INCLUDING OBTAINING POSSESSION PURSUANT TO A JUDGMENT BY CONFESSION AND EXECUTING UPON SUCH JUDGMENT. IN SUCH EVENT AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN, LANDLORD SHALL PROVIDE FULL CREDIT TO TENANT FOR ANY MONTHLY CONSIDERATION WHICH LANDLORD RECEIVES FOR THE LEASED PREMISES IN MITIGATION OF ANY OBLIGATION OF TENANT TO LANDLORD FOR THAT MONEY. FURTHERMORE, TENANT SPECIFICALLY WAIVES ANY CLAIM AGAINST LANDLORD AND LANDLORD’S COUNSEL FOR VIOLATION OF TENANT’S CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS IN THE EVENT THAT JUDGMENT IS CONFESSED PURSUANT TO THIS LEASE.
Tenant Waiver. The rights and obligations of Landlord and Tenant on any taking of the Premises or any other portion of the Project are governed exclusively by this Lease. Accordingly, Tenant hereby waives the provisions of any law to the contrary, including California Code of Civil Procedure Sections 1265.120 and 1265.130, or any similar successor statute.
Tenant Waiver. Tenant hereby expressly waives, for itself and all Persons claiming by, through and under Tenant, including creditors of all kinds, (a) any right and privilege which Tenant has under any present or future Legal Requirements to redeem the Premises, or any part thereof, or to have a continuance of this Lease for the Term after termination of Tenant’s right of occupancy by order or judgment of any court or by any legal process or writ, or under the terms of this Lease; (b) the benefits of any present or future Legal Requirements that exempt property from liability for debt or for distress for rent; (c) any present or future Legal Requirements relating to notice or delay in levy of execution in case of eviction of a tenant for nonpayment of rent; and (d) any benefits and lien rights which may arise pursuant to any present or future Legal Requirements.
Tenant Waiver. Tenant hereby releases, waives and discharges the Landlord Parties from any and all claims Tenant might otherwise now or hereafter possess associated with, any loss covered by insurance (or which would have been covered by the insurance Tenant is required to carry hereunder), including the deductible portion thereof, regardless of cause.
Tenant Waiver. Tenant waives the right to make repairs at Landlord's expense under any law, statute, or ordinance now or hereafter in effect.
Tenant Waiver. Except as provided in Section 14.3, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant, and Tenant hereby waives all claims against Landlord, for injury or damage to any person or property in or about the Premises, Building, Property or Common Areas by or from any cause whatsoever, including without limitation any acts or omissions of any other tenants, licensees or invitees of the Building.

Tenant Waiver. Tenant waives any right of redemption, re-entry or restoration of the operation of this Lease under any present or future law, including any such right which Tenant would otherwise have if Tenant shall be dispossessed for any cause.
