Common use of Actions for Violations of this Article Clause in Contracts

Actions for Violations of this Article. Faculty members may challenge practices or actions that they allege violate the provisions of Sections 4.1, 4.3, and 4.4 through the College’s non-discrimination policies and procedures and/or through remedies available under applicable law. Both parties agree that nothing in this Agreement will prevent an employee from filing a complaint with the Washington State Human Rights Commission, Office of Civil Rights, or the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, or law enforcement agencies.

Both parties agree that nothing in this Agreement will prevent an employee from filing a complaint with the Washington State Human Rights Commission, Office of Civil Rights, or the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, or law enforcement agencies.
