ACQUISITION ENVIRONMENT. The Commander Navy Installations Command (CNIC) is the primary stakeholder of the Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Ashore program. CNIC has considered fulfilling the cyber and information security requirements through another acquisition command. Therefore, these items are listed as options in the Sustainment Task Order PWS and in Attachment 2. Attachment 2 contains a base year, four annual options, and an extension of service option for six months. The base year, annual options, and the extension of services option each contain five “Option Items”. Option Items 1 and 2 are for additional Gap Service Calls, that may be exercised during the performance of the base year and option years (not at the time of award). Option items 3 is for Cybersecurity Administration; Option 4 is for RMF Information Security Systems Professionals. EXWC intends to award option items 3, and 4 at the time of award of the base year of the sustainment task order, but offerors are advised that in future annual options, Options 3 and 4 may not be exercised.

  • Safe Working Environment ACM does everything reasonably possible to provide a safe working environment for all of its stakeholders including Suppliers and its own employees and agents. ACM does not tolerate offensive, abusive, bullying, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful behaviour or any form of harassment (“Offending Behaviour”). If a Supplier engages in Offending Behaviour, ACM may suspend or terminate this Milk Supply Agreement.

  • Least Restrictive Environment The Board and the Association acknowledge that the policy of least restrictive environment is legally mandated and intended in the best educational interest of the student. Accordingly, the parties who would fit legal requirements which would involve the use of an Individual Educational Planning Team (IEPT) for placement in the regular classroom must be appropriate to the student’s unique needs as determined by an IEP on an individual basis.   • Responsibility for Environmental Contamination 5.20.1 Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any costs whatsoever resulting from the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard that either Party did not introduce to the affected Work Location. Both Parties shall defend and hold harmless the other, its officers, directors and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, demands, suits, liabilities, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or result from (i) any Environmental Hazard that the Indemnifying Party, its contractors or agents introduce to the Work Locations or (ii) the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard for which the Indemnifying Party is responsible under Applicable Law.
