Acknowledgment of Receipt of Notice of Redemption. The Escrow Agent, as paying agent/registrar for the City of Arlington, Texas Dallas Cowboys Complex Special Obligations, Special Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2008 and City of Arlington, Texas Dallas Cowboys Complex Special Obligations, Special Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2009, by its execution of this Escrow Agreement, hereby acknowledges receipt of the Resolution authorizing the redemption and defeasance of the Defeased Bonds, the receipt of such Resolution constituting written notice of redemption and defeasance of such Defeased Bonds, as described on Exhibit A hereto. The Escrow Agent hereby agrees to provide or cause to be provided to the registered owners of the Defeased Bonds notice of deposit and defeasance and notice of redemption as required by the ordinances authorizing the issuance thereof.

  • Effect of Notice of Redemption Once notice of redemption is mailed in accordance with Section 3.03 hereof, Notes called for redemption become irrevocably due and payable on the redemption date at the redemption price. A notice of redemption may not be conditional.
