Acknowledgement of Deposit. This section of this Agreement provides you with the sections that the USPS requires we include in any agreement where we are providing Meter Services. The USPS requires that we use specific language. The “acknowledgement of deposit” terms are as follows:
Acknowledgement of Deposit. We hereby acknowledge receipt of a deposit of $ ($ ) to be held in accordance with this Agreement and the Real Estate Services Act:
Acknowledgement of Deposit. Securities Intermediary and Secured Party acknowledge the deposit of $[5,000,000] in the Company's Funds Account on the date hereof.]
Acknowledgement of Deposit. Financial Institution and Intercreditor Agent acknowledge the deposit of $354,652,847.54 in the Bank Proceeds Account on the date hereof.
Acknowledgement of Deposit. Securities Intermediary and Secured Party acknowledge the deposit by Pledgor of $[1,000,000] in the HVAC Component Cash Management Account on the date hereof.
Acknowledgement of Deposit. 32. This USPS Acknowledgement of Deposit Section applies to you whenever you obtain Meter Services from us.
Acknowledgement of Deposit. Securities Intermediary acknowledges the deposit by Pledgor of $20,000,000.00 in the Restricted Deposit Account on the date hereof.
Acknowledgement of Deposit. Securities Intermediary and Secured Party acknowledge the deposit of $30,000,000 in the Project Liquidity Reserve Account on the date hereof.
Acknowledgement of Deposit. Securities Intermediary and Secured Party acknowledge the deposit of $340,000,000 in the Second Mortgage Notes Proceeds Account on the date hereof.
Acknowledgement of Deposit. Agent acknowledges receipt of a $200,000 deposit from Borrower that shall be applied to the expenses incurred by Agent and for which Borrower is responsible pursuant to this Section 12.1.
