Accumulation of Vacation Leave While on Sick Leave, Etc Clause Samples
This clause establishes that employees continue to accrue vacation leave even while they are absent from work due to sick leave or similar types of leave. Accumulation of Vacation Leave While on Sick Leave, Etc. Except in the case of extended illness immediately prior to the usual retirement period, an employee shall be eligible to accumulate vacation credit(s) while on sick leave or any other paid leave.
